What we are doing

  • Providing all visitors access to alcohol-based hand sanitiser
  • Providing our prctitioners with Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.).
  • Increasing the frequency of cleaning around the building, including door handles and treatment surfaces.
  • Wiping treatment couches with anti-viral spray after each patient. Using disposable couch covers.
  • Thourough washing of hands and forearms before and after treatment.
  • Leaving gaps between clients to ensure safe social distancing and to allow practitioners time to clean surfaces
  • Ensuring rooms are well ventilated.
  • Waiving cancellation fees that might otherwise be incurred.

What we are asking of you

  • If you are unwell or needing to self-isolate, please DO NOT attend the cininc. We will be happy to rearrange the appointment and no cancellation fees will be charged.
  • Please wear a face covering while you are on the premises to help protect yourself, other patients and the practitioners
  • As the weather gets colder, please bring a blanket to cover yourself during treatment as we are unable to provide one at this time.
  • Do not bring visitors/family members to your appointment unless this is really necessary.
  • Please arrive promptly for your appointment to help us manage social distancing.
  • Upon arrival and before leaving the clinic,please use the hand sanitiser provided.
  • Always carry tissues with you to catch any coughs and/or sneezes. After use, please bin the tissue and then wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitiser to eliminate germs.
